Job summary

Jobster is in Wageningen op zoek naar een financiële controller die maandelijks afsluit, rapportages verzorgt voor de Duitse moeder en de financiële administratie bewaakt.

Je werkt parttime (16–24 uur/wk) met flexibele planning in een informeel, no-nonsense team. On-site in Wageningen met gedeeltelijk thuiswerken na onboarding, en kansen voor ontwikkeling binnen een internationale groep.

Qualifications

• MBO+ of HBO-diploma in financiën of gerelateerd veld.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
• Sterke kennis van boekhouden, ERP-systemen en Excel.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, geschreven en gesproken.

Responsibilities

• Beheren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en rapportages voor het moederbedrijf in Duitsland.
• Toezicht op in- en uitgaven, balansspecificaties, en nauwkeurige financiële administratie.
• Samenwerken met Site Manager en operations voor marge-, kostprijs- en voorraadanalyse.
• Identificeren van procesverbeteringen en KPI's voor besluitvorming.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a financial controller, you ensure smooth financial processes and reporting. You’ll handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, preparing reports for our parent company in Germany. You’ll oversee the financial administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and balance specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborating closely with the Site Manager and operations team, you’ll monitor margins, cost prices, and inventory valuation. You’ll also identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, enhance internal controls, and improve VAT compliance. Your proactive approach will contribute to professionalizing management information and creating actionable KPIs for decision-making.

• You receive a gross monthly salary between €3,350 and €3,500 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience.

Functie-eisen

• MBO+ or HBO degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
