Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. offers an internship in Controlling & Reporting in the Netherlands. You will support monthly and year-end closings, assist with audits and monthly reporting, and analyze cost reports under guidance from the Controlling team.

We seek WO or HBO students in Finance or related fields with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail. English fluency is required; you will join a dynamic, international environment with a focus on learning and development.

Qualifications

• WO or HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and an interest in financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Accurate and numerate; hands-on with deadlines.
• Curious and eager to learn about the business behind the numbers.
• Good communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Supporting the year-end audit by gathering and preparing information and documentation.
• Assisting Controlling with monthly reporting and analysis of financial performance.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly cost reports, including actuals vs budget.
• Supporting initiatives to improve financial processes, reporting and data quality.
• Assisting Controlling with ad-hoc analyses and projects.
