Job summary

Lilly Netherlands is creating a new Global Treasury role to own day-to-day finance and governance for Dutch entities, including monthly close, statutory reporting, intercompany mechanics, banking governance and internal controls.

You will work with the Financial Controller, Senior Tax Manager and Executive Director, Global Treasury to simplify, automate and standardise processes as the Dutch footprint grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Fluent in Dutch and English at professional level.

Responsibilities

• Statutory reporting: own recurring filings for Dutch entities.
• Monthly close: SAP journal entries, reconciliations, approvals.
• Entity governance and controls: maintain internal controls framework, SOX alignment.
• Notary and boards: coordinate notary relationships and board materials.
• Intercompany: manage intercompany billing and monthly loan rate checks.
• Banking and payments: oversee bank accounts, eBAM, KYC and SOX evidence.
• Shared services interface: escalation point for AP and procurement in SSC.
• Tax and improvement: support Dutch CIT/VAT/WHT filings and drive automation.
