Job summary
Lilly Netherlands Global Treasury is seeking a finance professional to own daily finance and governance for Dutch entities, including monthly close, statutory reporting, and intercompany mechanics. The role offers exposure to regulators and senior Treasury leadership while enabling automation and standardisation to scale operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally with a Big Four background.
- Solid knowledge of US-GAAP and NL-GAAP or IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch required for statutory reporting and notary work.
Responsibilities
- Statutory reporting for Dutch entities, ensuring accuracy and audit-readiness.
- Run the monthly close in SAP with journal entries, reconciliations, and approvals.
- Maintain internal controls, banking authority registers, and signature authorisations.
- Coordinate external notary relationships and support intercompany billing and tax filings.
- Lead process improvements and automation across accounting workstreams.
