Job summary

Howden CPI in the Netherlands is seeking a Financial Controller to drive financial control, reporting, forecasting and business performance. You will work closely with the General Manager and Group Finance to evolve into a strategic partner with exposure to senior leadership.

The role suits a qualified accountant or finalist seeking progression, with a path towards broader business partnering across manufacturing and industrial services in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with external qualification or finalist status.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage monthly reporting activities
• Prepare management accounts and financial analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Monitor business performance and identify key trends and risks
• Support statutory reporting and audit activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements
• Be a financial partner to the General Manager and senior leadership
• Provide commercial and operational financial insight
• Support strategic decision-making and business planning
• Lead finance improvement initiatives
