Job summary

ASSA ABLOY zoekt een Finance Assistant / Junior Controller voor Intelligent Care in Ede. Je ondersteunt twee entiteiten met administratie, levert contributies aan rapportages en analyses, en werkt aan procesverbeteringen binnen een internationale organisatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met het Finance-team, hebt minimaal een HBO-diploma in Finance of vergelijkbaar en circa 3 jaar relevante ervaring. Ervaring met Twinfield en Salesforce, sterke Excel-vaardigheden en goede beheersing van NL/ENG.

Qualifications

• Analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid in financiële processen.
• Minimaal HBO-opleiding in Finance of Bedrijfseconomie.
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in finance, accounting of controlling.

Responsibilities

• Opstellen van rapportages en balancereconciliaties ondersteunen.
• Analyseren van budgetten en forecasts en afwijkingen signaleren.
• Ondersteunen bij audits en financiële verslaglegging aan externe partijen.
• Verbeteringen voorstellen in financiële processen en cashflowbeheer.
• Verwerken van Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable.

Wat ga je doen als Finance Assistant / Junior Controller? Als Finance Assistant / Junior Controller ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de financiële organisatie van Intelligent Care. Je ondersteunt de financiële administratie van twee entiteiten en draagt actief bij aan rapportages, analyses en procesverbeteringen.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Opstellen van rapportages, uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties en ondersteunen van management accounting.
• Analyseren van budgetten en forecasts en signaleren van afwijkingen.
• Ondersteunen bij audits, financiële verslaglegging en rapportages aan externe partijen.
• Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeteringen in financiële processen, systemen en cashflowbeheer.
• Verwerken en beheren van de financiële administratie, inclusief Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en werkt graag in een omgeving waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en kunt doorgroeien.
• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfsadministratie of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen finance, accounting of controlling.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Twinfield, Salesforce of vergelijkbare software.
• Sterke Excel-vaardigheden en ervaring met financiële rapportages.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
