Job summary
ING Nederland in Amsterdam hosts the COMET Intelligent Automation team within the COO Finance organization. The Agentic Automation & AI Consultant bridges business needs with agentic automation and GenAI delivery, translating processes into scalable solutions and maintaining a backlog of Finance use cases.
You will work with Finance, IT and COOF stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient automation and AI enablement, drive governance, and support adoption and upskilling across the
Qualifications
- Experience in Agentic Automation & AI enablement consultancy.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms & tools.
- Familiarity with Finance processes and data-driven environments.
- Knowledge of COOF governance models and strategic alignment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own orchestration of AI implementation in Finance, including governance and value measurement.
- Lead intake and prioritisation of automation enablement requests and backlog.
- Identify automation potential based on Finance strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with end users, COOF MT, architects and CFOs to align on solutions.
- Coordinate delivery within AI Makers and cross-Finance squads to meet timelines.
- Evaluate governance and ownership for automation enablement and opportunities.
