Job summary

Adhdmc is op zoek naar een Financieel Administratief Medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor facturering, debiteuren en crediteuren en die financiële processen verbetert. Je beheert inkoopfacturen, voert betalingen uit en levert periodieke rapportages aan het management.

Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team in Badhoevedorp en hebt ervaring met financiële administratie en boekhoudsoftware. Een Nederlandse en Engelse taalvaardigheid is vereist.

Qualifications

• Verantwoordelijk voor facturering, debiteuren en crediteuren.
• Kennis van of ervaring met boekhoudsoftware.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig werken.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken van facturen en controle van financiële gegevens.
• Debiteurenbeheer: betaling opvolgen, herinneringen sturen en incasseren.
• Verwerken van inkoopfacturen en betalingen.
• Boekhoudkundige bankafstemming en financiële rapportages.
• Signaleren van risico’s en verbeteren van processen.

Job description

You handle invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting, and you improve our processes.

• Processing invoices and checking financial data
• Accounts receivable: tracking payments, sending reminders and collecting debts
• Processing purchase invoices and making payments
• Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Identifying risks and improving processes

What you'll bring

• MBO level 4 (Dutch secondary vocational education) or higher in finance, administration or business economics
• Experience with financial administration, invoicing and accounts receivable
• Digitally confident and experienced with accounting software
• Accurate, structured and independent
• A good command of Dutch and English
• Experience in (mental) health care or with CareCheck is an advantage
