ING Bank is offering an internship in Corporate Finance - FIG M&A (FI Advisory) in Amsterdam. Start dates are in April/May 2027 with a rolling intake for internships of at least four months.

You will join a 20-person team across Amsterdam, London and Singapore to work on high-value M&A and capital markets transactions for financial institutions and related companies. • Master student with strong academic record
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and writing)
• True team player with interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Do industry research, market, peer group and benchmarking analyses
• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
• Support the team with presentations and pitch books
• Participate in all aspects of M&A / Capital Markets transactions
• Assist and analyze due diligence information and review transaction documentation
• Prepare financial models
• Maintain contacts with FI/DC, ECM, Financial Markets and FI Relationship Management
