ING’s Financial Institutions Advisory Team in Amsterdam offers an internship in Corporate Finance - FIG M&A. You will support origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and preparing pitch books during a 4-month period starting April/May 2027. Fluent Dutch and English, strong academics, and team spirit are required.

The role includes exposure to high‑value transactions, collaboration with DCM/ECM teams, and a hands-on learning path with on-the-job training and Capital IQ usage.

Formación

• Master student with above-average grades.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and writing).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct industry research and benchmarking analyses.
• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Support the team with presentations and pitch books.
• Participate in M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Assist due diligence and review transaction documentation.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Coordinate with other departments (DCM, ECM, FI Relationship Management).
