Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Sub supplier Management Supervisor to join our Northern & Central Europe team. Based in Arnhem or Almere, you will support dispatchers and subcontractors, onboard technicians, and help manage sub-supplier profiles across international projects.

You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong English skills, ensuring compliance, planning, and timely execution of maintenance activities for wind power plants across markets.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills in MS Office and preferable experience with Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics.
• You possess extensive English skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in the short and long term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles
• Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers
• Forecasting of Vestas subcontractor requirements and associated hiring of subcontractor companies
• Compliance with local and national legislation
• HSE Case handling as well as dealing with NCRs that may be raised.

Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets.
