Job summary

Qualifications

• Good IT skills in MS Office; Salesforce and SAP preferred.
• Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics.
• Extensive English skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and in international teams.
• You are very structured and have a good overview; strong data discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in short- and long-term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles.
• Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers.
• Forecasting subcontractor requirements and hiring of subcontractor companies.
• Compliance with local and national legislation.
• HSE Case handling and dealing with NCRs that may be raised.

Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets.

Responsibilities

About the qualifications and experience

• Good IT skills in MS Office and preferable experience with Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics.
• You possess extensive English skills both oral and written.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize and prioritize tasksYou are very structured and have a good overview
• Good understanding of the process and a proficient data discipline
