Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux is seeking a Field Service Technician (m/f) to perform on-site maintenance and fault diagnosis on gensets and related electrical and control systems in the Netherlands. You will work in a technically demanding environment with a focus on safety, reporting, and customer service.

The role requires a technical degree (MBO3-4) and 2–5 years of experience with engines and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Completed degree (min. MBO3-4) in a technical direction, preferably electro or engine related.
• At least 2–5 years of work experience in a comparable environment (gensets/engines).
• Technical knowledge in control and automation systems.
• Ability to work with computers, electronic control systems and measuring equipment.
• Good reporting skills in English.
• Customer-friendly, team player, able to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and ensure the performance integrity of gensets and systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Analyse and solve system failures (mechanical, electronic or electrical) and report findings and solutions.
• Carry out work within HSE guidelines and company context.
• Conduct Last Minute Risk Assessments at the workplace.
