Job summary

Additive Industries is seeking a Service and Support Engineer to join the Customer Lifecycle Support team in the Netherlands. You will manage installations, upgrades and maintenance at customer sites, coordinate shipments, and ensure successful FAT/SAT, training and handover.

You will provide remote and on-site support, aim for maximum uptime and act as a commercial ambassador. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation engineering, hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control-, Electrical, Software Engineering, Industrial Automation or similar.
• Hands-on experience with installing and servicing high-tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute successful installations at customer sites.
• Provide training to customers’ operators and technicians.
• Provide 1st line remote and on-site support.
• Execute condition monitoring, diagnose and resolve issues to enable uptime.
