JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Site Supervisor for its Poultry Division to lead on-site installations and ensure work is carried out to spec, on schedule, and to customer satisfaction.

The role requires supervising installations worldwide, coordinating with project teams and sub-contractors, and traveling about 60% of the time, with a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising on-site installations; strong technical know-how.
• Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written English; 3–5 years in a similar role.

We are recruiting for the position of Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry Division. In this role you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according JBT Marel specification, project plan and to customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time)
