LaserAway is seeking a Nurse Educator/Clinical Trainer NP/PA to drive clinical excellence across a broad territory. The role coaches Lead Clinicians, delivers hands-on training, and ensures adherence to standards in multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required or NP/PA credentials may be preferred.
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing clinicians.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians and coaches clinicians.
• Ensure clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across locations.
• Lead hands-on training, onboarding, and rollout of new treatments.
• Partner with HRBPs and Sr. Clinical Partner on talent decisions.
