Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) Intern to engage with design engineering teams and develop proactive, system-level proposals that maximize TI content. You will leverage broad technical expertise to influence part selection and position TI against competitors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components.
• Knowledge of analog circuitry (op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with different functions.
• Strong time management to enable on-time project delivery.
• Ability to influence decisions through urgency and competitive drive.
