  • Manage and analyse product size ratios, identifying opportunities to improve availability and performance by country, channel or shape
Stock Management & In‑Season Trading
  • Work closely with the Merchandiser to support appropriate stock levels across the season
  • Analyse best and worst sellers, highlighting risks and opportunities and proposing clear actions
  • Manage slow sellers and support stock balancing actions, including transfers and reallocation where appropriate
Markdown & Clearance Support
  • Identify and cost markdown recommendations, supporting decision‑making and approval processes
  • Support clearance and exit strategies to reduce terminal stock and protect profitability
Reporting & Commercial Analysis
  • Prepare weekly performance and trading reports to support Weekly Trading Meetings
  • Deliver clear, accurate analysis to inform in‑season actions and forward commitments
  • Develop a strong understanding of all key commercial levers and how they impact sales, margin and stock
Collaboration & Development
  • Work closely with Buying, Branch Merchandising and Channel teams to support delivery of the Department strategy
  • Build strong working relationships and develop merchandising capability through on‑the‑job learning and coaching
