Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Operations Manager to oversee fruit production operations in the fertile region of Paarl, Western Cape . This role is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of all farming activities, from planting and cultivation to harvesting and post-harvest handling. You will lead a team of farm workers and supervisors, ensuring adherence to best agricultural practices, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and pruning.
