Durabel Recruitment B.V. is looking for a versatile Production Employee for their client in Lottum, Limburg. In this role, you will ensure the production line runs smoothly and support the Production Manager in daily operations.

Offering a gross monthly salary between €2.400 and €2.800 based on 40 hours, you will enjoy a good work-life balance, training opportunities, and a friendly team environment.

Competenze

• Experience in the agri/food sector is a plus.
• Ability to work in shifts during peak season.

Mansioni

• Ensure supply of materials at the production line using a forklift.
• Assist in converting the production line for different products.
• Prepare the workplace for production starting at 07:00.
• Clean up at the end of the working day.

Are you looking for a versatile position within a close-knit and growing family business in the food sector? For our client in Lottum, we are looking for a Production Employee to ensure that the production line keeps running smoothly. You will be the right hand of the Production Manager and together with your colleagues ensure a smooth start of the day, well‑organised processes and a tidy workplace at the end of the day.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €2.400 and €2.800 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
• Working conditions in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the fruit and vegetable processing industry;
• 25 holidays + 9.5 Adv days;

What will you do?

• You ensure the supply of materials at the production line using a forklift truck. Think of raw materials such as pears and cherries, but also jars and lids;
• You assist in converting the production line when changing to another format or product;
• You ensure that everything is ready in the morning so that production can start promptly at 07:00;
• At the end of the working day, you clean up everything and make sure the workplace is clean and ready for the next day;
• Your work depends on the season and is therefore varied!

What will you bring?

• A completed MBO education or experience in the agri/food sector is a plus;
• You are flexible: in spring and summer we regularly work in 2 shifts due to peak traffic;
• You are fluent in Dutch, English or German - Polish is an advantage.
