Job summary

Start People is seeking a Production Worker for our cheese factory in the Netherlands. You will help keep production running smoothly and safely, handling cheese blocks and operating equipment.

You'll work in a 3-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) from Monday to Friday, with weekends free. You should be physically fit, able to lift 15 kg, and have your own transport and accommodation. Dutch or English speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift 15 kg regularly.
• Available full-time in a 3-shift schedule.
• Have your own transport and accommodation.
• Experience with EPT is a plus, but not required.
• Speak Dutch or English.
• Enjoy practical work and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position 15 kg cheese blocks for processing.
• Operate modern production equipment.
• Remove the outer cheese crust using specialized machinery.
• Transport products to the next production stage with an EPT.
• Keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and positioning 15 kg cheese blocks for processing
• Operating modern production equipment
• Removing the outer cheese crust using specialized machinery
• Transporting products to the next production stage with an EPT
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Working together with your colleagues to achieve daily production targets

You will work in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

From Monday to Friday, so your weekends remain free.

We are seeking a physically fit and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.

• You are physically fit and able to lift 15 kg regularly
• You are available full-time in a 3-shift schedule
• You have your own transportation and accommodation
• Experience with EPT is a plus, but not required
• You speak Dutch or English
• You enjoy practical work and working in a team
