Job summary

Start People is seeking a production worker to join the cheese production line in Wolvega. You will pack cheese, assist with cutting and processing, and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiency on the floor.

We value accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Full-time, three shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with independent travel to the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in production is an advantage but not required for this position.
• You value a good work ethic and motivation above all.

Responsibilities

• Packaging cheese and assisting with cutting and processing.
• Operating and monitoring machines on the production floor.
• Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic quality checks.
• Reporting deviations and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy and working with colleagues.

As a production worker, you will work on the production floor. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure that the production process runs smoothly and that the cheese is processed and packaged according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging cheese;
• Assisting with cutting and processing cheese;
• Operating and monitoring machines;
• Monitoring the production process;
• Carrying out basic quality checks;
• Reporting deviations and malfunctions;
• Keeping your workplace clean and tidy;
• Working together with colleagues on the production floor.

3-shift working hours

• Morning: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00–22:00
• Night: 22:00–06:00

Experience in production is an advantage, but it is not required for this position. We value a good work ethic and motivation above all.
