Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is op zoek naar een Facility Technician in Leiden. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen en installaties optimaal functioneren door gepland onderhoud, storingsbehandeling en beheer van systemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en interne afdelingen om continuïteit te waarborgen en bij calamiteiten adequaat op te treden. De rol vraagt technische inslag, kennis van onderhoudsprocessen en een hands-on mentaliteit.

• Technisch onderlegd professional
• Ervaring met beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen
• Vlotte coördinatie met leveranciers en interne afdelingen
• Gestelde werkzaamheden volgens procedure en regelgeving

Responsibilities

• Voert onderhoud uit aan assets en verhelpt storingen (RM)
• Voert gepland onderhoud en inspecties uit en rapporteert bevindingen
• Beheert het gebouwbeheersysteem en reageert op meldingen
• Coördineert werkzaamheden met leveranciers en geeft leiding aan technicians
