Your Responsibilities as Facility Officer:

• Negotiate with suppliers and internal customers.
• Monitoring and optimizing costs.
• Drawing up budgets.
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
• Assist and implement facility operating policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance and other services.
• Assist in office relocations or renovations as needed.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
• Respond on facility-related requests and inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.Accompany/supervise subcontractors during their maintenance interventions to ensure quality and efficiency of work in collaboration with Operations.

• You are highly organized in managing administration and have a strong eye for detail.
