Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Woensdrecht (Hoogerheide) is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage our buildings, technical installations, and grounds. You will coordinate daily activities of the Technical Services team and oversee maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or Bachelor degree in engineering/ FM.
• Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience coordinating a technical service department.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Experience with asset management systems; Ultimo is a plus.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work, safety and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Technical Services team.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, facilities and technical installations.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Maintain work orders, asset information and maintenance schedules in the asset management system.
• Monitor quality, budgets and performance of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate permit-to-work processes and contractor safety activities.
• Support machine safety initiatives, risk assessments and technical improvement projects.
• Organize inspections, certifications and compliance activities.
• Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Actively contribute to safety, compliance and operational excellence.

How You Are Valuable To Us

What do you bring

• MBO+ or Bachelor degree level, obtained through education and/or experience.
• A technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
• Experience coordinating a technical service department, maintenance team or facility operation.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Experience with asset management systems; Ultimo experience is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work processes, technical safety and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
