Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Nijmegen, Netherlands, reporting to the Sr. Manager FM Micro Regional Lead EMEA.

You will be responsible for delivering quality, safe, compliant facility installations and services across the Nijmegen site with high customer service orientation. Key focus areas include facilities maintenance, energy management, regulatory compliance (GMP/EHS), and managing external service contracts.

Qualifications

• Science or Engineering background with MSc or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years in infrastructure, facilities management or related fields.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
• Contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level customer relationships and deliver facilities, projects and real estate services.
• Ensure delivery of facilities services and interface with contractors.
• Lead energy management and infrastructure programs.

Job Description

Johnson&Johnson is recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor reporting to the Sr. Manager FM Micro Regional Lead EMEA and to be based in Nijmegen, Netherlands. This position serves as a single point of accountability to the site and is responsible for delivering quality, safe, compliant and productive facility installations and services —across the J&J Nijmegen site—with a high touch customer service orientation. Responsible for delivering Facilities and Utilities maintenance and operation, infrastructure management, energy management and cost improvement initiatives, external facilities service contracts.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Maintain site-level customer relationships with business units, understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions. Serve as their Engineering & Property Services single point of contact to ensure delivery of Facilities, Projects and Real Estate related services and developments Ensure Delivery on Facilities services. Interface with business units and contractors during planning and execution of services. Work with the MD&D Global Facilities and the J&J E&PS group on the delivery of consistent facility hard services. Serve as primary site liaison for Facilities Quality and EHS compliance: Ensure compliance with good commercial, laboratory and manufacturing practices, Environmental Health and Safety and other regulations. Represent Facilities in related audits. Implement business continuity plans Support Energy/Sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure management programs Provide change management leadership to implement Facilities strategies and initiatives at the site Establish a high performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking and sharing of best practices Assures strict compliance of services by managing procedures and documentation as per cGMP and EHS requirements Acts as Facilities subject matter expert for: area improvements, deviations evaluations, regulatory audits, and capital justification. Develop and monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; responsible for operational performance of service providers Develop a reliability program for utilities and critical building systems.

Qualifications, Education, Skills & Experience

Salary

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €64 000,00 - €103 040,00
