Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. is seeking a specialized bricklayer to focus on renovation and restoration of facades. You will handle tasks from removing old joints to surface cleaning using steam or blasting techniques.

The role requires 2+ years of bricklaying experience, expertise with joints, and English at level B2 or higher. Work is outdoors and at various heights, with a Dutch employment contract and accommodation provided.

Job description

What you will do:

As a specialized bricklayer, you will focus on the renovation and restoration of facades, handling everything from chipping out old joints to cleaning surfaces using steam or blasting techniques.

Main responsibilities:

• Cleaning facadesvia blasting, steam cleaning, and cold water cleaning
• Chipping outdamaged or old joints
• Replacing window sills(both traditional and prefabricated)
• Chimney renovation, including replacing lead in facades and chimneys

What competencies do you need?

• Availability: Willingness to work outdoors and comfort working at various heights.

€150 bonus after 300 hours worked
