Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Venues Manager to oversee the overall operation and performance of Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting (BQT) and In-Room Dining (IRD). You will lead the venue teams, drive service standards, and ensure strong financial performance and exceptional guest experiences across all venues.

As a Food & Beverage Venues Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operation and performance of the Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting (BQT) and In-Room Dining (IRD). You are responsible for ensuring consistent service standards, strong financial performance and an exceptional guest experience across all venues. You lead and develop the venue teams supported by the Assistant Managers Venues, and ensure effective planning, staffing and operational execution. You monitor performance, manage P&L and KPIs, optimise revenue and costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction. You work closely with the Assistant F&B Director and other departments to support the overall Food & Beverage strategy and ensure seamless hotel-wide operations. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, operational expertise and a hands-on, guest-focused approach. What’s in it for you?
