Job summary

Hotel Okura Amsterdam offers an international 5-star internship in Camelia & Roomservice, blending Japanese and Dutch hospitality. You will assist in F&B service, guest interaction, and behind-the-scenes learnings in a leading hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled at a hotel school in the Netherlands.
• Hospitable, presentable and detail oriented.
• Flexible with working days and hours.
• Lives in the Amsterdam area.
• Passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide service in a high-level F&B setting.
• Maintain excellent contact with guests throughout the stay.
• Perform mise en place activities and assist service logistics.
• Follow safety, health, hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
• Work in a multicultural environment with a focus on guest experience.
