NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead the restaurant, bar and events teams during peak hours and ensure top-tier guest service.

You will guide daily operations, coach team members, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with kitchen and front desk to deliver seamless guest experiences in a dynamic, international hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong focus on service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead teams during busy periods.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

As F&B Supervisor, you will support and represent the Food & Beverage Manager while taking ownership of the day-to-day operation. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and creating an environment where both guests and colleagues can thrive.
