Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside, part of Odyssey Hotel Group, invites an energetic F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will lead service excellence for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and coordinate with the Express Café & Bar Noord.

Qualifications

THE POSITION

We’re searching for an enthusiastic teammate that enjoys working in fast-paced workplaces and has a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality dining experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and training F&B staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Affinity with hotels and hospitality, preferably some earlier work experience in the hospitality industry.
• You master the English language.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
