Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam invites you to join the Oriole Bistro as an F&B Service Intern. You will gain hands-on experience across all bistro operations, learn our service standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences in a warm, supportive team environment.

The internship offers development opportunities, a dedicated trainings manager, cross-department exposure, and perks such as meals, travel allowance, and discounted dining in partner venues.

Qualifications

During your internship you have the opportunity to be introduced to our Mediterranean Garden Bistro Oriole. Itbreathes the feeling of a Mediterranean garden, with its lush greenery that brings the beautiful outside garden indoors. You will gain hands-on experience in every facet of bistro operations, from wine and food knowledge toproviding personalized service to our guets. You will learn all about our service standards in order to provide the best care for our guests.

Not only during, but also after your internship, we see possibilities and career opportunities. You also have the possibility to do various cross trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge.As part of your internship experience, you'll get the opportunity to take part in an operational shift once a month, giving you valuable hands-on insight into our daily operations.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal (for free) in our staff canteen.
