As an intern, you will work closely with the F&B leadership team, support daily operations, and contribute to commercial performance while developing managerial skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in hospitality, hotel management or related study.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B management in daily operations across all outlets.
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling, promotions and events.
• Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Support team communication, shift organisation and planning.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Engage with guests to ensure personalised experiences.
• Own assigned projects to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
