Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace invites applications for a Food & Beverage Intern to learn across departments and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist in service, prep restaurants and meeting spaces, and collaborate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and front office teams.

After an initial training period, you will work more independently, contributing to the guest journey with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Hospitality internship in F&B and guest service.
• Training provided; after training you work independently.
• Excellent service mindset and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department.
• Provide a wonderful experience for every hotel guest.
• Help in the service and prepare restaurants and meeting rooms for guest arrivals.
• Maintain contact with kitchen, stewarding, and front office.
• Continuously look for improvements in operations.
