Job summary

NH Collection is hiring an F&B Employee (f/m/d) to manage the restaurant and banqueting, engaging with national and international guests and delivering an authentic hosting experience.

The role follows a structured daily routine starting with early-morning breakfast setup, coffee preparation, and service, including possible room service assistance. English fluency is required, Dutch is a plus.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

• Prepare breakfast buffet and set up the restaurant.
• Welcome guests and support room service orders.
• Clear and reset tables, replenish stations, and assist during breakfast service.

As an F&B Employee (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the restaurant and banqueting. You enjoy your role as an authentic host, and you feel comfortable in engaging with our national and international guests.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

05:30 You arrive at the restaurant and begin preparing the breakfast buffet.

06:00 You set up the coffee machines, complete the mise en place, and prepare the restaurant for service.

07:00 After the final checks, the doors open and you welcome the first guests. You may also assist with room service orders.

09:00 Breakfast is in full flow. You clear and reset tables, refill the coffee and tea stations, support room service, and connect with guests.

11:00 Breakfast service ends. Together with the team, you clear the buffet before enjoying a well-earned break.

12:30 You prepare the restaurant for lunch, ensuring everything is clean, replenished, and beautifully presented.

14:30 You finish the shift with a final coffee or tea before heading home with your team.
