Job summary

Sks Online in the Netherlands is seeking a motivated Export Account Assistant to support international sales. You will handle orders, prepare quotes, and maintain relationships with customers while learning our products and global processes.

In this role you cooperate with sales, purchasing and logistics, develop product knowledge and build strong commercial skills in a down-to-earth Brabant-based company that values teamwork, initiative and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO level vocational qualification in a commercial field.
• Commercial mindset and enjoy customer contact and building relationships.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Accurate, customer focused and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and ensure accurate administrative handling.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on them.
• Maintain contact with international customers regarding orders, delivery times and product information.
• Support the Export Account Manager with daily commercial and administrative activities.
• Work closely with colleagues from sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure smooth operations for customers.
• Develop knowledge of products, customers and international sales processes, while growing commercial skills.
