Qualifications

• Master's degree with a strong academic track record.
• 6-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive/board-level audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience in retail/consumer sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making.
• Lead development of long-term business plans, strategic priorities, and annual planning cycles.
