Job summary

Mollie is seeking an Executive Business Partner to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). You will support senior leadership, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and drive operational excellence across the Product & Delivery organisation.

You’ll balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on tasks, organise workshops and shape executive communications. The role offers remote‑friendly work and growth opportunities within Mollie’s international team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Calendar, travel and administrative support to keep the CPO organized.
• Prepare agendas, take notes and ensure actions are followed up.
• Manage timelines, priorities and dependencies with the Product & Delivery leadership team.
• Draft and assist with executive communications, including AI-assisted content.
• Organise workshops, leadership offsites and internal events for alignment and impact.
• Be the human link between the CPO, the P&D LT and the wider organisation.
• Promote AI-first workflows and help teams adopt AI tools.
