The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (Senior Business Support Specialist) to support the Chief of Commerce, manage priorities, and coordinate critical activities across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance and Commerce.

As an Executive Assistant, internally known as a Senior Business Support Specialist, you will support the Chief of Commerce and play a central role in the Commerce function. You will manage priorities, coordinate key activities, and ensure leaders have what they need to focus on driving the business forward.
This role goes far beyond traditional business support. Working closely with the Chief of Commerce, you will have a unique view of what is happening across the business. From commercial strategy and innovation to new product launches, market expansion, and business challenges around the world, you will be exposed to many of the topics that shape the future of HEINEKEN.
You will work closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Commerce. By bringing structure, connecting people, and anticipating what is needed, you enable leaders and teams to perform at their best.
