Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Amsterdam is offering an exciting internship opportunity as a Groups, Meetings & Events Intern. This position provides hands-on experience in event planning and sales, where you will support a dynamic team across various hotels. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a hospitality management program, possesses strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and is passionate about guest service and event planning. The internship includes a €750 allowance and numerous development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about hospitality, guest service, and event planning.
• Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
• Enrolled in a university during the entire internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, group stays, and events.
• Support GM&E team with daily administrative tasks and client communication.
• Liaise with operational departments for event execution.
• Manage follow-up processes related to events and group bookings.
