Job summary

Euronext in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Event Manager to organize events including IPO ceremonies, conferences, courses and seminars, as well as business dinners. The role focuses on delivering high quality events while managing costs and driving continuous improvement through post event evaluations.

The Events team operates within Communications and is responsible for 400+ events annually across Europe, in person, hybrid and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in events, communications, media relations or marketing.
• Exposure to PR and social media is a plus.
• Experience in an international environment and in the financial sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver virtual, hybrid and physical events, courses and conferences in Amsterdam, including gong ceremonies, workshops, seminars and large scale events.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, catering, presentation materials, audiovisual support, media, webcasting, photography, security procedures, signage and gifts.
• Brief external agencies and suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Legal for contracts, managing supplier onboarding, raising purchase orders and invoicing.
• Organize events in the Euronext Amsterdam building and external venues across formats, in collaboration with subsidiaries.
