Smart Freight Centre (SFC) is seeking an Event Intern to support Smart Freight Week 2027. This hands-on role offers hybrid work in Amsterdam with exposure to a high-profile global event focused on decarbonization in logistics.
You will assist with registrations and on-site activities, coordinate with sponsors and venues, and help with post-event wrap-up under the guidance of the Event Manager. Ideal for proactive, organized, English-speaking students seeking real industry impact.
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid work).
Compensation: 400 EUR/month.
Duration: 6 months - 40 hours/week.
Start Date: November 2026.

You'll work closely with our Event Manager and support every stage of Smart Freight Week, from pre-event to during and post-event activities. From helping with registration to assisting on the event floor, this is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in making a high-profile international event run smoothly.
