Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Turndown Attendant to ensure guest rooms are prepared for a restful night and to maintain the cleanliness of public spaces. You will work evenings as part of a friendly housekeeping team and support hotel operations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability (38 hours per week)
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail
• Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties (lifting, bending, standing)
• Good English communication; Dutch is a plus
• Reliable, flexible, guest-focused; training provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service and ensure rooms are clean and ready for rest.
• Replenish amenities and refresh rooms to Radisson Blu standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, F&B outlets, entrances, halls, and stairs.
• Empty and manage waste bins throughout the hotel.
• Support Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper as directed.
• Transport linen to/from laundry and assist with deliveries.
• Move guest amenities and supplies around the hotel.
• Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure memorable guest stays.
