EW Facility Services in Amsterdam is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain a large office building after hours. You will move through varied areas, cleaning offices, sanitary facilities, elevators, the lobby and auditoriums, and regularly operate a scrubber dryer.

The role is 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18:00–21:30, with a fixed schedule. It offers a gross hourly wage from €15.52, 13 payments per year, travel allowance, holiday allowance, a year-end bonus, 26 vacation days, and VOG

Formación

• Able to work Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 21:30.

• Flexible and able to communicate in English.
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby and available for VOG reimbursement.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage from €15.52, depending on your work experience*
• Salary every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre if you travel 20 km or more per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment and an extra day off on your birthday
• A temporary employment contract of 7 months with the intention to continue
• A fixed schedule from Monday to Friday
• Reimbursement of your VOG

*Gross hourly wage from age 20

Your job

In this role, you help keep a large office building clean after the working day. The location has many different areas, so the work is varied and you move around a lot during your shift.

You will:

• Clean office areas and workspaces
• Clean sanitary facilities and pantries
• Clean elevators
• Take care of the lobby and auditoriums
• Vacuum different areas of the building
• Work with a scrubber dryer on a daily basis

The work can be physically demanding, especially when using the scrubber dryer and cleaning a large location. You therefore need to be comfortable with active work and professional cleaning equipment.

Working hours

• 15–20 hours per week,
• Monday to Friday.
• 18:00 – 21:30

The office is located near Amsterdam RAI Station, with good connections by train, metro, tram and bus.
