Job summary

EW Facility Services zoekt een flexibele schoonmaker om op meerdere kantoorlocaties in Amsterdam te werken. Je reist tussen locaties en reinigt kantoren, gangen en sanitaire ruimten met mogelijk gebruik van professionele apparatuur.

Daarnaast krijg je een extra €1 per uur, reiskostenvergoeding en 26 vakantiedagen. De werkgever biedt 8% vakantietoeslag, 5% jaarbonus en mogelijkheden tot certificering en doorstroom richting Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit en in staat om lichamelijk werk te doen.
• Betrouwbaar en flexibel in werkomgeving.
• Goede Engelse communicatie.

Responsibilities

• Schoonmaken van kantoren, algemene ruimten en sanitaire voorzieningen.
• Reizen tussen locaties en werken op verschillende kantoorlocaties in Amsterdam.
• Mogelijk werken met professionele schoonmaakapparatuur.

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly salary starting from €16.52, including a €1 flexibility allowance*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, so standard 13 payments per year
• Public transport costs fully covered: during your first month you can declare your travel expenses and after your probation period you receive a business public transport card
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday
• Opportunity to obtain your SVS Cleaning Certificate
• Training and development opportunities, for example towards Supervisor

*Gross hourly salary from age 20.

Jouw baan

As a Flexible Cleaner, you will work at different office locations throughout Amsterdam. Instead of having one fixed workplace, you go where you are needed. That makes this job perfect for someone who knows how to get around the city and enjoys some variety.

Your work includes cleaning offices, common areas and sanitary facilities. At some locations you will also use professional cleaning equipment, such as a scrubbing machine. The work can be physically active, so you should be comfortable with this type of work.

Because we ask you to be flexible and travel between locations, you receive an additional €1 per hour. We also cover your public transport costs.

Work Schedule:

• 15–20 hours per week,
• Monday to Friday,
• mainly between 17:00 and 21:30.

Jij bent

• Available 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 21:30
• Living in or close to Amsterdam, so you can easily reach different locations across the city
• Comfortable travelling independently between several office locations
• Physically fit and confident working with professional cleaning equipment
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Reliable, independent and flexible
• Willing to apply for a VOG (Certificate of Conduct); we reimburse the costs
