Job summary

EW Facility Services is looking for an Office Cleaner to join a large, busy office building near Amsterdam RAI. You will maintain cleanliness across offices, toilets, pantries and common areas, ensuring spaces are ready for employees and visitors.

The role is 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 17:00–21:30, with a physically active workload and training on scrubber dryers if needed. The company values reliability and professional presentation.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage from €15.52, depending on your work experience*
• Salary every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre if you travel 20 km or more per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment and an extra day off on your birthday
• A temporary employment contract with the intention to continue
• Monday to Friday only
• We reimburse the cost of your VOG

*Gross hourly wage from age 20

Your job

As an Office Cleaner, you work at a large and busy office building close to Amsterdam RAI. You are responsible for keeping different parts of the building clean and ready for employees and visitors.

Your tasks include

• Cleaning offices
• Cleaning toilets and sanitary areas
• Cleaning pantries
• Cleaning elevators
• Cleaning auditoriums and the lobby
• Vacuuming and other general cleaning tasks
• Using a scrubber dryer every day

This is an active cleaning job. Because you will work with professional cleaning equipment and move around a large building, you need to be comfortable with physically demanding work.

Working hours

• 20–25 hours per week,
• Monday to Friday.
• 17:00 – 21:30

The location is close to Amsterdam RAI Station and easy to reach by train, metro, tram and bus.
