Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) is seeking a Transport Planner to join our European logistics planning team. The role involves planning routes, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure SLA compliance and timely updates to customers.

The candidate should have 3+ years in transport planning, logistics sector exposure, and solid IT skills (Office 365; SharePoint). A European language and white-glove experience are advantageous in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transport planning.
• Experience in the logistics industry, including white glove services would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills including Office 365 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments and routes to ensure effective use of resources and meet SLAs.
• Monitor shipments in-transit and provide updates to colleagues and customers.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, overseas offices and staff to meet schedules and SLAs.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain service levels and reporting.
