Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Cold Chain Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of regional distribution, ensuring service levels are met within budget while maintaining strict compliance with GDP standards. The role involves developing and optimizing cold chain logistics, building strong partner relationships, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain operations to ensure customer service levels are achieved efficiently and within budget, adhering to GDP standards.
• Develop, select, and implement cold chain solutions as part of the Supply chain network.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with supply chain partners, handle escalations, and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal stakeholders by maintaining excellent relationships and escalating issues when needed.
• Oversee agreements and contracts with supply chain providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities, while -enhancing quality, performance, and compliance.
• Assess the impact of emerging trends or legislative changes on current distribution and cold chain practices.
• Build strong internal networks within affiliates and corporate functions, contributing to regional projects that support global distribution priorities.
• Plan, build, and manage distribution routes across the region.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, with a focus on supplier management and cold chain operations.
• Expertise in supply chain, warehousing, and cold chain logistics.
• Proven project management experience across departments and geographical areas.
• Strong process improvement and supplier management skills.
• Excellent analytical and visualization skills, particularly with MS Excel.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively in teams.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
• Results-oriented with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
• High sense of responsibility with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
