Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in the Netherlands (Etten-Leur) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to secure continuous, optimal supply of raw and packaging materials across European facilities. You will develop sourcing strategies and lead RFx processes to achieve cost and quality goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in strategic sourcing, native English, and strong data skills (Advanced Excel; SQL/Power BI) with SAP/Ariba experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel is baseline; SQL or Power BI experience is a major plus.
• Experience with ERP/e-Procurement suites (SAP S/4HANA or Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned materials.
• Lead negotiations and manage RFx processes.
• Manage supplier relationships through regular evaluations and reviews.
• Utilize procurement tools and AI platforms (Ariba, SAP).
• Establish and monitor supplier performance goals (sustainability, cost, quality).
• Drive savings initiatives and supplier development programs.
• Support internal partners and ensure policy compliance.
