Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT operations, service desk, or retail IT.
• Hands-on support experience in multi-site environments.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams and other partners.
• Configure and maintain POS and payment systems.
• Monitor and resolve system alerts to ensure uptime.
